Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how GB Aesthetic Skin handles payments, appointment cancellations, consultation fees, treatment packages, refunds and rescheduling requests.

1. Overview

GB Aesthetic Skin aims to maintain a clear and fair payment policy for appointments, consultations and treatments. Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled based on clinic policy, treatment status and payment type.

2. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees, if collected, are generally non-refundable once the consultation is completed or the consultation slot has been reserved and the customer does not attend without prior notice.

  • Consultation fee may be adjusted with treatment only if specifically informed by the clinic.
  • Missed consultation appointments may require a fresh booking.
  • Any fee adjustment is subject to clinic approval.

3. Appointment Booking Payments

Advance payments made for appointment confirmation may be adjusted against the selected treatment or consultation, unless otherwise mentioned. If you cannot attend, please inform the clinic as early as possible for rescheduling support.

4. Treatment Packages and Sessions

Treatment packages are planned based on the number of sessions, treatment area and selected service. Once a package is started or any session is used, full refund may not be applicable.

  • Used sessions will be deducted from the package value where applicable.
  • Unused sessions may be transferred or adjusted only with clinic approval.
  • Package validity, session frequency and treatment plan must be followed as advised.
  • Expired packages may not be eligible for refund or extension unless approved by the clinic.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be communicated directly to GB Aesthetic Skin through phone, WhatsApp or clinic communication channels.

  • Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for refund.
  • No-show appointments may not be eligible for refund or adjustment.
  • Refund or credit eligibility depends on the reason, timing and payment type.

6. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that appointment changes may be needed. Rescheduling is usually allowed based on available slots and clinic approval.

  • Please request rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment whenever possible.
  • Repeated rescheduling may be subject to availability and internal approval.
  • Emergency rescheduling requests will be reviewed case by case.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Completed consultation or completed treatment session.
  • Used treatment package sessions.
  • No-show appointments without prior notice.
  • Promotional offers, special discounts or limited-period packages marked as non-refundable.
  • Products, skincare items or consumables once purchased, opened or used.
  • Change of mind after treatment planning or after starting a package.

8. Refund Approval and Processing

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by GB Aesthetic Skin. If a refund is approved, it may be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method as decided by the clinic.

Refund processing time may vary depending on bank, payment gateway or internal approval process.
